Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email), your bookings and payments history, and — for guest bookings — the name and receipt email you provide. If you nominate a refund account, we store the transfer details you enter until the refund is sent.

What we use it for

Running your bookings: confirming payment, emailing receipts and reminders, processing refunds, and showing venues who booked their courts. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider). Payments are handled by PayMongo — we never see your card, GCash, or Maya credentials. Transactional email is delivered via Resend. Basic, anonymous usage analytics keep the product improving.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account page. To export or delete your data, email bookings@apix.services from your account email and we'll take care of it.
