Cancelling a court booking

• More than 48 hours before your start time — 95% refund (5% covers payment processing).
• 24 to 48 hours before — 45% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before — no refund; the venue has held the slot for you.

If the venue cancels

You get a full refund, no tiers, no questions.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are transferred via InstaPay/PESONet. After a cancellation is approved you'll be asked (on My bookings) for the bank or e-wallet account to send it to. Transfers are usually same-day once details are in.

Open play and pools

Open-play seats follow the same tiers, counted from the session start. Pool shares follow the pool's rules: if a pool doesn't fill by its deadline, paid shares are refunded in full.
