What CourtPH is

CourtPH is a booking platform: venues list their courts and open-play sessions, and players reserve and pay for them. The venue delivers the court time — we operate the marketplace, the payment flow, and the booking records.

Bookings and payment

A reservation holds your slot for 15 minutes while you pay. Payments are processed by PayMongo (QRPh — GCash, Maya, and participating banks); we never see or store your payment credentials. A booking is confirmed only when payment is received, and your receipt (on-screen and by email) is your proof of booking at the venue.

Cancellations and refunds

Player cancellations follow the published refund policy. If a venue cancels your confirmed booking, you are refunded in full. Refunds are transferred via InstaPay/PESONet to the account you nominate.

Guest bookings

You can book without creating an account by providing a name and an email for your receipt. Guest bookings follow the same payment and refund rules. You can claim a guest booking into a full account from the receipt page.

Fair use

Holding slots without intent to pay, reselling reservations, or interfering with other players' use of the platform may lead to cancelled holds or a suspended account.

Liability

Court conditions, facilities, and on-site safety are the venue's responsibility. Participation in play is at your own risk.
